First of all what mostly satisfy us it’s realize a project, with the passion that characterizes our work, whether if it’s a single element or if it’s a big project in series without forgetting any details and using the highest possible quality.

Materials

The materials used by Evotec are the best on the market for the wiring’s sector both for racing cars or for the aeronautical systems. Our products possess specific resistance at high temperatures of oils and fuels, and increased resistance to mechanical stresses.

In particular, the cables that we use are are realized by Raychem, a leading brand in this type of industry, and they posses a specific 55A designation which gives us characteristics suited to our main projects.

The sheaths, depending on the use, vary from Raychem DR-25, which we usually use for the production of the engine and vehicle wirings, to the most specific calbe with anti-abrasion coated or other able to protect at high temperatures in particularly stressed areas.

Connectors

The types of connectors that best meets the needs of our industry is the range called “AUTOSPORT”. The characteristics of this type of connector are: IP 67 water resistance, exposure capacity to temperatures from -55 ° to + 175 °, high level of lightness and strength, makes it a perfect product for applications where this type of stresses are present.

In this “family” are available from 1 to 100 electronic connectors with different power ratings an that allowed us every type of configuring. But even though this is definitely the best product, there are many other types of connectors which we use and that we have available in our warehouse.

We made the choice to have a our warehouse supplied with a broad range of connectors with the aim to achieve in the fastest way possible the realization of the wiring, without having to wait for the retrieval of the material which often requires several weeks.

Manufacturing

The manufacturing process is of course the part that most passionate about, is the part where we can concretely express our skills through the materials and the particular way of assembling every part of the wiring.

During assembly it is necessary make continuous decisions on which is the most appropriate way to mount the different parts. Carefully we handle all those phases: from the fixed terminals to the way sheathing the wire bundles, from the way of performing branching to the organization of the whole assembly.

Our satisfaction is the possibility of working with element that has excellent quality, and as a direct consequence of the guarantee that the product produced is the result of all the adequate measures to offer our customers a trustworthy wiring. In addition we consider essential the aesthetic which we believe expresses the qualities inside to the product.

Diagrams and Drawings

The design of the diagrams and the wiring drawings is undoubtedly one of the key parts for the realization of the electronic wiring.From the beginning of our activities we have undertaken the realization of diagrams and drawings for those customers who did not have any design.

We are organized to offer a plan and a design that would allow monitoring and tests of operation by following a data sheet which we ourselves use on the realization.

From today, we can offer a complete documentation of the diagrams that we made through a graphical user-friendly manual designed specifically for our customers in a way that they can test by themselves every specific parts of the electronics.
